All-inclusive 4-day film photo retreat in Iceland including lodging, all meals, and transportation (pick up/drop off at Keflavik airport).  We are staying at a huge house on a horse farm near a fishing village. There will be no styled shoots, models, or random brides at some epic rock formation. This is going to be real-life on film, a completely curated photo experience via a road trip. We will have a 15-person passenger vanstarting at the airport at noon on the 20th then all along the southern part of Iceland ending at noon on the 23rd with drop off at Keflavik airport.

During the 4 days, we'll hit up/hike/soak/adventure through: Seljalandsfoss & Gljúfrabúi waterfalls, Seljavallanlaug swimming pool, shooting in a massive field of lupines, Skogafoss waterfall, Black Sand Beach, explore a church at the top of Vik, a little hole/dwelling in a cliff, Fjaðrárgljúfur canyon, Svartifoss waterfall, Glacier Lagoon, Diamond Beach, Reykjadalur hot springs, and Hallgrímskirkja church/rainbow road. Every night ends with a soak in warm water where we can cover anything and everything film, cameras, business, workflow, and inspiration.

This is an all-inclusive 4-day film photo retreat in the Tetons National Park.  We will be staying on a dude ranch in Moran, WY in covered wagons that sleep 6. All meals will be provided each day. There will be no styled shoots, no models, and no random brides on a horse. This is going to be a real-life on film completely curated photo experience. All you have to do is show up. Piled in the Ford Transit (15 person passenger van), we'll meet up at theFINDlab, grab all the film you need, and cameras for that matter, drive the just under 6 hours and shoot and eat our way through the Tetons and Jackson Hole. We will visit Mormon Row, swim in Jenny Lake (multiple times),  photograph the sunrise while they escort over 100 horses from our ranch down to the fields below, Schwabacher Landing at sunset, Signal Mountain, Jackson Lake, Oxbow Bend, and crusing downtown Jackson pretending not to be tourists or cowboys. Each attendee will receive all portraits taken by Jonathan Canlas after the workshop.  Each time slot below represents 1/12 spots available for the workshop.

22nd - 8am meet at theFINDlab at Provo and drive to Moran, WY to the Dude Ranch where we are staying. Swim in Jenny Lake. Dinner at Teton Pizza with milkshakes at Jackson Drug. Walk around Jackson Hole and shoot the square/area. Some Retail Therapy. Sunset around 8:10pm & night shooting on film with long exposures/tripods back at the Dude Ranch

23rd - Sunrise at 6:30am to document the horses coralled down to the valley below. Head to Schwabacher Landing on the way to breakfast at the Viginian. Tour Mount Moran turnout. Head to Signal Mountain and Jackson Lake. Head to Oxbow Bend. Dinner at Liberty Burger then head back to the Dude Ranch for some film+flash at night.

24th - Sunrise at 6:30am portrait shoot of attendees at the Dude Ranch. Breakfast at the Dude Ranch. Float down the Snake River. Boat ride in Jenny Lake. Dinner at the Cowboy Bar.

25th - Photograph Mormon Row, Breakfast in Jackson. A little more Retail Therapy. Drive back to Provo, UT to theFINDlab

The workshop starts at noon on the 22nd and ends at noon on the 25th. You can fly into SLC on the 21st and drive with us (departing at 9am on the 22nd) or fly into Jackson Hole on the 22nd and meet us there. You can fly out on the 25th from Jackson Hole or drive back with us to Provo, UT on the 25th. Each attendee is responsible for all travel to and from either theFINDlab in Provo, UT or Jackson Hole and getting to and from the airport.

All-inclusive 4-day film photo retreat in Tokyo, Japan.  There will be no styled shoots, no models, and no random brides in the street. This is going to be real-life on film, a completely curated photo experience. We are staying in a flat in the heart of Toyko. We'll visit the film mecca at Yodabashi, have a day trip to Kamakura, night shooting in Shibuya and the red light district, street shooting at the Meiji shrine  and Asakusa, ride the subway while being as stealthy as possible with our cameras, late night karaoke, pachinko parlors, kaitenzushi along with meals you'll fantasize about the rest of your life. Lots of street shooting, shooting each other with some Ultraviolet Backdrops, and discovering how EVERYTHING in Japan is just somehow better. Each attendee will receive all files of portraits taken by Jonathan Canlas of them after the workshop.  Each time slot below represents 1/10 spots available for the workshop.
