All-inclusive 4-day film photo retreat in Moab UT including transportation from theFINDlab to Moab and back, all meals, and lodging.  We will rent a large house for all of us to stay in. There will be no styled shoots, models, or random brides at some epic rock formation. This is going to be real-life on film, a completely curated photo experience. We will have a 15-person passenger van we'll road trip in starting at theFINDlab in Provo taking us to and from Moab.

We'll hit up/hike/adventure through: Corona Arch, Balanced Rock, Windows Loop, Double Arch, Mill Creek for a swim, Dead Horse Point, Sunrise and Sunset shoots around the property and in town, and night shooting in Arches National Park. Every night ends around a campfire/soak in the hot tub where we can cover anything and everything film, cameras, business, workflow, and inspiration. On the last day, we'll make a stop in Helper, UT to explore the old mining town connected by tunnels with brothels on top of every shop on main street :).

All-inclusive 4-day film photo retreat in Tokyo, Japan.  There will be no styled shoots, no models, and no random brides in the street. This is going to be real-life on film, a completely curated photo experience. We are staying in a flat in the heart of Toyko. We'll visit the film mecca at Yodabashi, have a day trip to Kamakura, night shooting in Shibuya and the red light district, street shooting at the Meiji shrine  and Asakusa, ride the subway while being as stealthy as possible with our cameras, late night karaoke, pachinko parlors, kaitenzushi along with meals you'll fantasize about the rest of your life. Lots of street shooting, shooting each other with some Ultraviolet Backdrops, and discovering how EVERYTHING in Japan is just somehow better. This is an all-inclusive 4-day film photo retreat in Havana & Vinales, CUBA.  We will be staying in a casa particular in the heart of Havana near the Malecon and Old Havana. All meals will be provided each day. However, there will be no styled shoots, no models, and no random brides in the street. This is going to be a real-life on film completely curated photo experience. All you have to do is show up. We will have 4 personal drivers (with 55' Bel Airs) and we will tour Old Habana, street shoot on the Malecon, have drinks at the National Hotel , Hemmingway's bar, & on the roof of the tallest building in Habana, tour a tobacco farm in Vinales, participating in the town festivities, a trip to a private beach, and wandering the streets of both Old Habana & Vinales armed with film and cameras. Each attendee will receive all portraits taken by Jonathan Canlas after the workshop.  Each time slot below represents 1/12 spots available for the workshop.

The workshop starts at noon on the 7th and ends at noon on the 10th. You can fly in 7th or fly in the night before on the 6th, and fly out on the 10th or the 11th. Each attendee is responsible for all travel to and from Cuba and getting to and from the airport.  Taxis will be arranged but the cost of said taxi to and from the airport is the responsibility of the attendee.
